A list of plants collected by Kondo from Mt. Diamond

Abstract

Some specimens from Mt. Diamond (=Mt. Keumkang, 139 specimens) collected by Kondo were donated by the herbarium of the University of Tokyo and deposited at the herbarium of Kangwon National University. The 43 families, 95 genera, 106 species, 20 varieties and 2 formae, totaling 128 taxa were identified and listed here. These figures were only 17% of vascular plants of Mt. Keumkang (714 taxa) listed by Nakai (1918). From this study, however, 21 taxa was newly added as a part of flora.
