RAPD 분석에 의한 한국산 둥굴레속 ( 백합과 ) 의 종간 유연관계

Taxonomic relationships of the Korean Polygonatum ( Liliaceae ) using the RAPDs analysis

Random amplified polymorphic DNAs (RAPDs) analysis was performed to study the taxonomic relationships among fifteen taxa of Korean Polygonatum. In the phenogram using UPGMA cluster analysis, the fifteen taxa seperated into two groups. One included the species having verticillate leaf, P. sibiricum and P. stenophyllum, the other with alternate leaf. The latter group clustered into two subgroups sequentially. This 2 subgroups were characterized by bract. Among the bracteate taxa, P. inflatum which has x=11 of basic chromosome number was clustered from the others of x=10. P. odoratum group was classified into two subgroups by the RAPD analysis, that is, one consist of P. odoratum var. odoratum, P. odoratum var. pluriflorum and P. robustum, which have x=10 of basic chromosome number, another is x=9. The intraspecific natural populations having the morphological variation from habitat difference had very highly genetic simility in P. lasianthum, P. thunbergii and P. falcatum without distinguishing for intraspecific taxa level.
