One species of Wikstroemia (Thymelaeaceae), W. ganpi (Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim, is reported from Mt. Palyoung, Koheung-gun, Chullanam-do. This species, which grows along the edge of forest, is easily distinguished from W. trichotoma by several characters, such as leaf arrangement, color of calyx tube, presence of pubescence on branchlet, leaf, peduncle, calyx tube, and fruit. |
